In recent news, various organizations in Maine have made significant changes to their leadership and staff. Khmer Maine, a nonprofit organization serving the Cambodian community in Maine, has appointed Marpheen Chann as its new executive director. Meanwhile, KeyBank’s Specialized Finance group has promoted Tatia Gagnon to senior vice president and senior commercial loan workout relationship management.

Graham Duck has also been hired by KeyBank as a senior relationship manager for Maine and New Hampshire. Robyn Aldo has been brought on board at Keller Williams Realty Maine as an assistant team leader. In addition to these appointments and hires, Malone Commercial Brokers received two CoStar Impact awards for Sale of the Year and Lease of the Year for their exceptional work in acquiring properties in South Portland and Scarborough.

Lastly, Evergreen Credit Union is set to open a new branch office at 617 Route 1 in Scarborough on April 20th. These announcements highlight the growth and progress being made in various sectors across Maine.
