Mid-America Science Museum hosting exhibition featuring superheroes

The Hall of Heroes, a new traveling exhibit at the Mid-America Science Museum, will open to the public on Saturday, May 25th. Located in the museum’s Hall of Wonder, the exhibit delves into the history and science of superheroes. Visitors can expect interactive programming, movie props, replicas, and rare artifacts from major motion pictures and television shows, both past and present.

Diane LaFollette, CEO of Mid-America Science Museum, expressed her excitement about the exhibit stating “This is a unique opportunity for visitors to discover the hero within themselves and to explore the timeless ideals of courage, resilience, and selflessness. It offers a fascinating exploration of the history and evolution of heroes in popular culture, making it a fun and educational adventure for superhero fans of all ages.”

Presented by Visit Hot Springs with support from Allen Tillery and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Hall of Heroes features a full-scale “half” replica of the iconic 1960’s Barris Kustoms’ Batmobile.
