In the Tulsa area, high school athletes are once again being recognized with the All-World Awards. The finalists for winter sports will be announced this week, and fans can also vote for their favorite high school fans, mascots, bands, cheer squads, and dance teams in the Fans of the Year contest.
Boys basketball, swimming, and wrestling finalists have already been revealed, with girls basketball finalists set to be announced on Saturday. The World’s All-State boys and girls basketball selections will be announced on Sunday. Last year saw fall sports athlete of the year finalists announced in football, cross country, volleyball, and softball.
