Rising Violence in France Linked to Drug Trafficking as Two Men Gunned Down in Sevran and Ongoing Feuds Between Rival Gangs Continue

On Sunday afternoon, two men were brutally gunned down in the city of Sevran, just outside of Paris. This latest incident took place only days after a shooting on Friday night that left one person dead and four others injured in what appears to be an ongoing feud between rival drug trafficking gangs in France.

The victims, aged 33 and 34, were fatally shot around 6:15 p.m. local time on the street of Snowdrop in the Basse neighborhood. The perpetrator, armed with a pistol, fled the scene, leaving behind approximately twenty bullet casings.
