Our guest this week is Paul Williams, chief item officer of Good North America, who final appeared on the show two and half years ago when he was at Savant.  We get started off speaking about Matter. Williams says that so far the roll out has been slower than anticipated which has of course impacted adoption, but he hasn’t lost hope for the typical.
