The minimum required budget for the event is 8,500,000 USD, with a minimum prize fund of 2,500,000 USD.
The regulations for the event must be approved by July 1, 2024 and have a total duration of up to 25 days. FIDE reserves the right to extend the deadline if necessary and may enter into additional negotiations to improve or modify the bid.
