The Columbus Community Hospital was recently honored by the Nebraska Safety Council with a 2023 Worker 360 Wellness Award. This recognition acknowledges outstanding achievements in promoting total worker well-being. Danielle Frewing, director of Occupational Health Services at the hospital, expressed gratitude for the award and emphasized the importance of collaboration and support from individuals who share a vision for enhancing health and wellness in the community.
The Worker 360 Wellness Award offers three levels of recognition: bronze, silver, and gold. Each level highlights companies that prioritize worksite safety, worker well-being, and comprehensive wellness and safety initiatives for their employees. The hospital’s Occupational Health Services leadership team accepted the bronze award at the 46th Annual Nebraska Safety Council Conference on April 24th. This achievement reflects the hospital’s commitment to promoting a culture of wellness and safety among its workforce.
