Infobip’s “Alpha Centauri” campus in Zagreb will be hosting Innovation Day on Saturday, May 11. This event will showcase robots, innovation, and new creative inventions and ideas from students throughout Croatia. The educational project by STEMI, Infobip, and A1, with the support of many partners, has been running in schools for four years. Over 500 students and over a hundred teachers have been working on creating, programming, and designing dancing robots, AI applications, and IOT programs for the past six months.
Last year’s competition winners were from Rovišće Elementary School who participated in the “Robotics and Automated Systems” category. Their mentor, Davorka Medvedovi, expressed deep satisfaction in seeing their effort, dedication, and teamwork resulting in great success. This victory motivated the students to take on mentorship roles for this year’s competition, furthering their growth and development.
Bjelovar High School students also found success in last year’s competition, surprising their mentor, Mihaela Kelava, with their win. Along with technical challenges
