Ross Chastain claimed the second spot in the starting lineup for Sunday’s Cup race at Kansas Speedway, following closely behind Christopher Bell who secured the top spot. This is Bell’s first pole of the season for Joe Gibbs Racing. Noah Gragson achieved a career-best third starting position, while Kyle Larson and Kyle Busch will start fourth and fifth, respectively. Larson continues to show strong performances with his sixth top-five starting spot in 12 events this year.
On the other hand, William Byron, who has three wins this season, will start in a season-worst 36th position after hitting the wall during his qualifying run. This highly anticipated race is set to begin at 3:13 p.m. ET on FS1 where fans will see the top drivers battle it out on the track for victory.
