Gov. Andy Beshear recently signed a bill in Frankfort, Kentucky that provides a framework for residents interested in participating in the rapidly expanding medical cannabis industry. The application process for businesses to obtain licenses will begin on July 1, with requirements including business history, ownership information, and financial details.
