Jennifer F. Wertz, a partner in Jackson Walker’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Recovery practice in Austin, will be presenting at The University of Texas School of Law’s 37th Annual Technology Law Conference on Thursday, May 23. Her presentation, titled “A Technology-Focused Introduction to Bankruptcy & Insolvency,” will provide valuable insights on key concepts in bankruptcy and insolvency, including protectionist and opportunistic strategies.
In addition to Jennifer’s involvement, Austin-based partner Jonathan E. Lass at Jackson Walker will be serving as a presiding officer for the conference. He specializes in technology outsourcing and mergers and acquisitions transactions and works with government agencies acquiring mission-critical technology and advises private sector clients on strategic acquisitions, purchase and sale of businesses and assets, and technology procurement.
Jackson Walker associate Beau Butler also contributed to the event by co-authoring an article featured in the course materials.
