German military leaders are currently developing plans to support American soldiers and their tanks as they move towards NATO’s eastern front. In an interview with German newspaper Faz, Bundeswehr Lieutenant General André Bodemann stated that the army is focusing on civil protection in the development of a new long-term security plan.
While most of the planning details are classified, General Bodemann revealed that a significant part of the plan involves logistics to sustain large numbers of American soldiers.
