The Christa McAuliffe Center and the MetroWest STEM Education Network have organized Science on State Street, an annual science festival that will take place on Saturday, April 27 from 12-3PM in the O’Connor Parking Lot at Framingham State University. This community-wide event is a great opportunity for attendees to explore science, technology, engineering, and math and how they support environmental justice, renewable energy, and environmental sustainability.
Over 30 exhibitors will be present at the festival, showcasing their latest research and innovations in various fields. Visitors can also enjoy planetarium shows in both English and Portuguese, as well as presentations from the Chandra X-Ray Observatory. The festival has a particular focus on themes relating to planet Earth, making it a fun and educational event for people of all ages to learn more about science and its impact on our world.
