Through one-on-one mentoring, workshops, training sessions, and networking opportunities, participants will receive valuable guidance that will enable them to excel as prime contractors or subcontractors in various contracting opportunities.

Eligible businesses can apply for the next cohort at the Small Business Mentor Protégé Program – Source Dallas. The program involves two types of participants: Financial stable Mentors, including Prime Contractors with contracts in the City of Dallas who have been in business for 1-3 years and are willing to provide guidance; and Emerging Protégé Businesses consisting of M/WBE certified small business owners looking to enhance their financial capacity to secure contracting opportunities.
