Aurora Police arrested Arben “Ben” Duka, 60, the owner of a drug screening business, on March 15th for felony unlawful sexual contact. The incident was reported in October by a woman who claimed she was assaulted at Duka’s business, Aurora Employment Testing. Prior to this name change, the business operated under Wiz Quiz Employment Testing since March 2015.
As investigations progressed, Sex Crimes Unit detectives discovered two additional incidents that took place in 2023 involving Duka and female victims. Both women reported similar unwanted sexual contact after providing urinalysis samples. The Adams County District Attorney’s Office charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both of which are misdemeanors. The case was filed in October, coinciding with the most recent incident reported.
The investigation is ongoing and potential witnesses or victims are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and reference case number AP23-202838.
