In a heartfelt announcement on their Facebook page, Atlanta Bread, a popular restaurant in Wilmington, NC, announced that they will be closing their doors after nearly twenty years in business. The co-owner and operator, Jon Bibb, shared the reasons behind the closure, explaining that after trying to negotiate a new lease with their landlord, CBL, they were informed that their space had already been leased to another business and the center where they were located was being re-merchandised. This led to the difficult decision to close their doors for good this coming Sunday.
