Thousands of women gathered in Bakersfield for the 34th annual Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference, which focused on resilience, innovation, and determination. The theme was “Making the Impossible Possible.” Over the years, the conference has been a platform for women to come together for a day of empowerment and enrichment.
This year’s keynote speaker was Marlee Matlin, an Academy-Award-Winning actress, author, and activist. She shared her insights on achieving success and overcoming challenges. Attendees were inspired by her message of determination and perseverance.
