Waggles Puppy Boutique, a dog store specializing in healthy and well-socialized puppies, will soon open its second location at the Valley View Mall. The company is investing $200,000 to construct a storefront equipped with 14 kennels on the second floor. According to Kerry Rod, the chief operating officer of Waggles, the puppies will cost around $2,000 and they are targeting a late June grand opening for the store. The new location marks the second outpost for Waggles, with its first one already operational in Port Charlotte, Florida. Rod also mentioned that approximately 20 more locations are currently being developed.

The former location of Puppy Love Inc., which operated from 2008 until August 2022 when it closed suddenly, used to house Waggles Puppy Boutique. However, there is no affiliation or connection between Waggles and Puppy Love despite taking over the same location according to Rod.
