The outcome of the Semi-Final at the Fort William DH World Cup 2024

The Elite racers, after successfully completing the qualification rounds earlier in the day, returned to compete against the clock in the semi-finals. The results from the semi-finals are as follows:

For the Elite Women category, Vali Höll took first place with a time of 4:45.370, followed by Tahnee Seagrave in second place with a time of 4:47.725. Camille Balanche claimed third place with a time of 4:51.409, with Nina Hoffmann in fourth place with a time of 4:49.921 and Mikayla Parton in fifth place with a time of 4:51.032.

In the Elite Men category, Troy Brosnan held the lead with a time of 4:14.909, closely followed by Finn Iles in second place with a time of 4:14.922, just 0.013 seconds behind. Loic Bruni secured third place with a time of 4:14.980 while Luca Shaw came in fourth with a time of 4:15.410 and Luke Meier-Smith in fifth with a time of 4:15.867.
