The Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars are ready to take on the World of Outlaws at Williams Grove Speedway on May 3. They will be competing in a Hoosier Diamond Series World of Outlaws Tune Up race, presented by Shiloh Paving & Excavating. This event will feature a $6,000 prize for the winning sprint car driver as they prepare for the Morgan Cup on May 10 and 11.
The race will follow an outlaws format with time trials, heats, and a dash to determine the starting lineup for the 25-lap main event. The fastest qualifier of the night will receive the Fast Tees Fast Time Award of $300, bringing the total sprint car purse to $24,000 for the evening.
In addition to the 410 sprint cars, HJ Towing & Recovery 358 Sprints will also be hitting the track for their second race of the season. Dylan Norris took home the win in the season opener on March 29, while Troy Wagaman Jr. claimed victory in this division at Williams Grove’s most recent race.
