Sharon Osbourne expressed her strong belief that technology is harmful for children, particularly iPads and iPhones, which she believes are the “worst thing” that can happen to a child. The 71-year-old grandmother has three children with her husband Ozzy Osbourne and is concerned about young kids’ access to social media and their ability to create their own accounts.
In a joint interview with her children Jack and Kelly, Sharon reiterated her dislike for tech and social media for young people, calling it “insanity” that they can put things out into the world at such a young age. Despite her strong views on the topic, Sharon did not completely rule out the possibility of doing a family TV show with her grandkids in the future.
Sharon, who is a grandmother to five grandchildren, including Kelly’s son Sidney and Jack’s daughters, mentioned that she is not actively thinking about returning to reality TV but did not completely dismiss the idea of collaborating with her family for a show in the future. In a recent Instagram post featuring all her grandchildren, Sharon expressed her joy and love for them, stating that her cup runneth over.
