Springfest, the annual carnival fundraiser hosted by the North Redondo Beach Business Association, is set to take place next weekend. The 41st edition of the event will run from Thursday to Sunday, April 25-28, at the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. Attendees of all ages can look forward to enjoying more than 20 rides, games, food, and more.
After being closed in 2019 due to the pandemic, Springfest made a comeback last year and has returned with a bang this year. This year’s event will feature a beer and wine garden, a community marketplace, and live music on Saturday and Sunday. Admission to the event is free, but all-you-can-ride wristbands are available for $40. The festivities will kick off with family night on Thursday, offering $2 rides.
Local performers including Jeremy Buck, Barley, Better Daze, Ethan Buckner, Joe’s Band and Rampage will take the stage on Sunday. In addition to that school bands like Jazz It Up Studios and Bollypop dance groups like Dance Factory and Ohana Dance will also be performing. Proceeds from ride tickets and other purchases at the event will support North Redondo businesses and fund community initiatives such as Dine Around Artesia and student scholarships.
