The new tech hub, already under construction, is expected to create over 2,000 full-time jobs once operational, with potential for thousands more according to Microsoft CEO Brad Smith. The company plans to train over 100,000 people in Wisconsin by the end of the decade to equip them with the necessary AI skills for future jobs. This investment comes after Foxconn Corporation’s failed plan to invest $10 billion in the same site six years ago.
