Julia is a partner with PwC Singapore’s Digital Regulatory Risk & Compliance practice, specializing in risk and transformation. With over 20 years of experience, she has led various programs in core banking, compliance, operational risk, finance transformation, corporate governance, ERM, and internal audit reviews. Her expertise is highly valued by her clients who appreciate her ability to connect the dots and co-create practical, tailored solutions for their specific needs.
Julia’s previous roles include private banking industry lead, banking governance, risk and compliance leader, and digital transformation services leader within the firm. Outside of her client work, she is actively involved in giving back through board directorship and mentoring. She currently serves on the Boards of Trustees for ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies) and the Building Construction Authority, as well as the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. Julia also mentors with the Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
