Little Bake Shop owners are excited to announce the expansion of their business with a new breakfast and coffee restaurant in West Valley. Scheduled to open on June 1, the establishment will offer more room and menu options for customers to enjoy.
The new location will be at 6801 W. Tieton Drive, across from Roots Nursery. Co-owner Adrienne Engelhart expressed excitement about the opportunity to create a space where people can sit and savor the treats offered by Little Bake Shop.
Little Bake Shop initially started at Johnson Orchards on Summitview Avenue in Yakima in 2011, selling baked goods made from the fresh fruit grown by Johnson and her husband, Eric. In 2021, Jill stepped away from the business, prompting Andy Buck, the former manager of Johnson Orchards, to become a co-owner. The new business venture emerged from a collaboration with Brianne Plath, the owner of a historic home located at 68th Avenue and Tieton Drive. Plath saw the potential for a coffee shop at the location, leading to the development of the new restaurant.
The new coffee shop will offer a rotating menu that includes various breakfast sandwiches, quiches, savory scones, and different Danishes. There are plans to introduce a lunch menu in the future, expanding the range of offerings. Despite
