33-year-old Diu Thuy, who stands at 1.71m, is a well-known KOL in the field of personal branding. Despite being a mother of three children and having an attractive figure, she has struggled with irregular eating habits, late-night livestreaming, and work-related stress which led to her gaining 6 kg and reaching 63 kg.
Determined to improve her figure for upcoming summer events, Thuy decided to take matters into her own hands by starting a jump rope fitness challenge. She chose this exercise option as it was flexible and could be done anywhere and at any time, allowing her to prioritize her responsibilities as a mother while still fitting in her workouts.
Thuy spends about 60 minutes a day on physical activities, combining jumping rope with Pilates exercises and gym movements using resistance bands at home. Her training routine includes alternating between heavier workouts and lighter sessions, maintaining consistency throughout.
Apart from exercise, Thuy also incorporated 16-8 intermittent fasting into her routine for more effective fat burning. This cyclical dieting and fasting method helped her control her calorie intake and complement her fitness goals. She focused on steamed and boiled foods, avoiding sugar and opting for nutritious fruits and yogurt.
After just 35 days of dedication to the jump rope fitness challenge and other lifestyle changes, Thuy successfully lost 6 kg of excess fat. She continues to share her experiences, inspire other women to prioritize their health, and involve her children in physical activities for a stronger family bond.
