On April 19, a 35-year-old man was tragically shot and killed in an early morning incident at a strip mall on Henry Ruff Road, near Cherry Hill Road in Inkster. The shooting occurred at approximately 1 a.m., and investigators spent hours at the scene gathering evidence.
Upon arrival, officers found two men with gunshot wounds. One of the victims succumbed to his injuries, while the other, a 33-year-old man, remains in critical condition. The case has been handed over from the Inkster Police Department to the Michigan State Police for further investigation.
