On Thursday morning, a car crash occurred on Layton Avenue in Georgetown. The incident took place shortly after 8 a.m., prompting the authorities to respond to the scene. Upon arrival, police found that a vehicle had collided with a business and immediately provided assistance to the occupants of the vehicle and an individual inside the building during the crash.
Both the driver and the person inside the business sustained serious injuries and were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. The cause of the crash is still under investigation and remains unknown at this time.
