On May 6th, in Thai Binh province, a family in Hoang Dieu ward hosted a wedding celebration. During the gathering, they served a menu that included roasted chicken, braised shrimp, melon and eggplant soup, and goat blood pudding made from ingredients sourced from Ninh Binh. The goat blood pudding was prepared using boiled pig ears, liver, and throat with large bowls for guests to consume.
The following day, it was discovered that one guest had passed away after consuming the goat blood pudding. Additionally, 18 other guests experienced symptoms such as fever, digestive issues
