DMG Events, a renowned international company specializing in events and exhibitions, has announced the 2024 Hotel Expo will be held from June 4 to 6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The exhibition is expected to attract over 10,000 visitors and feature more than 250 exhibitors.
This year’s Hotel Expo will be particularly significant as it will include national pavilions from 28 countries, including Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Turkey, and the UAE. Poland will also participate for the first time. The event promises to be the largest in its history.
The exhibition will host four conferences that focus on technology, sustainability, and wellness in the hospitality sector. Eileen O’Connell, Vice President of Design and Hospitality at dmg Events highlighted the importance of technological advancements in meeting guest expectations and the growing trend of wellness and sustainability in hospitality practices.
A survey conducted for the Hotel Expo’s report revealed that hotel owners recognize the crucial role of technology in business success. Guests increasingly prefer self-service options to reduce contact due to concerns about hygiene and safety during the pandemic. Additionally, guests are becoming more interested in wellness tourism as they plan vacations to improve their health and well-being.
More than 100 experts will participate in these conferences discussing trends in various sectors such as food and beverage services and housekeeping staff meetings. The Leisure & Wellness Conference will also feature industry leaders discussing how wellness is evolving into a major sector with an increasing shift towards travel options that prioritize health and relaxation.
The exhibition will showcase products related to gyms, fitness centers, spas, recreation centers, adventure activities, design technology solutions related to hospitality spaces such as hotels or restaurants among other things on display that are expected to transform future hospitality experiences.
In conclusion, DMG Events is set to bring together thousands of professionals from around the world for an immersive experience focused on innovation within hospitality services while promoting sustainable practices for our planet’s future development.
