The anticipation for the WNBA is higher than ever, and this year’s draft class is expected to bring in more viewers to the league. The Dallas Wings have lined up two highly anticipated matchups for their first games of the season, adding to the excitement among fans.
Caitlin Clark, the WNBA’s first overall draft pick, has been making waves and will be playing for the Indiana Fever in their first preseason game against the Dallas Wings. Originally scheduled for 11:30 a.m., the game has now been moved to prime time, with a tip-off of 7 p.m. on May 3 at College Park Center.
In addition to Clark, more college stars are set to make their WNBA debut in Dallas. The Wings will kick off the regular season at home on May 15 at 7 p.m., facing off against the Chicago Sky who drafted LSU forward Angel Reese at No. 7. Tickets for individual games will go on sale on April 18th at 10 a.m., exclusively on the Dallas Wings’ website.
