Jill Krausman, founder of The Landmark Bistro in Grundy Center, has been recognized as the Small Business of the Week by U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-Iowa). The restaurant, which opened in 2015, is known for its delicious local food, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch service.
Since its founding, The Landmark Bistro has become a destination that showcases the charm of Grundy Center and gives back to the community by partnering with other local businesses and entrepreneurs. Jill was recognized as one of the 40 Women to Watch in the Hospitality Industry by the Iowa Restaurant Association and the restaurant was featured on the 99 Counties, 99 Restaurants list by Travel Iowa. This year, The Landmark Bistro celebrates its ninth business anniversary.
