The House Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Communications and Technology has decided to postpone its scheduled hearing with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) originally planned for May 7, 2024. The purpose of the hearing was to discuss the FCC’s budget and to ensure accountability on behalf of the American people.
The Chair of the Subcommittee made this decision. Once a new date is set, the hearings will still be open to the public and press, and will be streamed live online at https://energycommerce.house.gov/.
