In a Facebook post, Milinović expressed his frustration with the decision, stating, “Who is stronger than any of the 76? You will not own my vote!!!”
Milinović continued to share his thoughts on the decision, criticizing the Constitutional Court for its role in determining the eligibility of Milanović. He questioned the need for the decision to be repeated, as it was expected that Milanović violated the Constitution. Milinović expressed disbelief that even if Milanović were to resign, he still would not be able to hold a mandate. He went on to criticize the Constitutional Court for making decisions that override Parliament and return the country to a state of uncertainty.
