Ann Henry Home Décor, a small business that offers an array of specialty decorative items, antiques, artwork, and seasonal merchandise, has recently relocated to Maidencreek Towne Center in Maidencreek Township, Berks County. The store was previously located at 965 Park Road in the township. Now it has found a new home at 850 Golden Drive within the shopping center.
The move comes after Larken Associates, a real estate building, development, and management firm based in New Jersey signed a lease with Ann Henry Home Décor for a 2,826-square-foot retail space at Maidencreek Towne Center. The store’s owner Nancy Michael expressed excitement about the new location and shared her plans to continue growing the business while connecting more deeply with the Blandon community.
The store officially opened at its new location at the end of February. The shopping center is described as a commercial hub for Blandon and surrounding areas catering to businesses of all sizes. Rob Marek, the executive vice president of Raider Realty at Larken expressed enthusiasm about welcoming Ann Henry Home Décor as a new tenant and supporting their future growth.
Maidencreek Towne Center consists of two buildings with 33,767 square feet of office, medical and retail spaces. It is conveniently located at the intersection of Park Road and Golden Drive. With this move to its new location, Ann Henry Home Décor is well positioned to continue serving its customers in Blandon and beyond for years to come.
