The sale of the stunning Sunčani Hvar to Eagle Hills company from the United Arab Emirates is a big deal in the real estate world. According to Jutarnji list, this decision was made by Radovan Vitek, owner of CPI Property Group, and it is rumored that Blackstone, an influential American fund, is also eyeing the takeover. However, the price of the sale has not yet been disclosed.

If everything proceeds as planned, a formidable tourism company will be established in Central Dalmatia. The owner of Eagle Hills company, Muhamed Alabar, has shown interest in investment and development projects such as Belgrade on the Water project and Zagreb Manhattan project in Zagreb. He has also been involved in the construction of iconic buildings like Burj Khalifa tower in Dubai.

The announcement of this sale on Frankfurt Stock Exchange where CPI Property Group is listed will be eagerly awaited. It is clear that this deal will bring significant changes to the tourism industry in Central Dalmatia and will attract more investors to Croatia.
