The Texas A&M Basketball team has had a remarkable start to their season, currently boasting a 4-0 record. Their recent victories over Ohio State and SMU have showcased their poise and toughness in close matches, while their win over Oral Roberts further solidified their impressive start.

As they prepare for the ESPN Invitational Tournament in Orlando, Florida, Texas A&M is eager to avenge their NCAA Tournament opening-round loss to Penn State from last year. Head coach Buzz Williams and his determined squad are ready to make their mark in the tournament.

In the latest USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll, Texas A&M climbed two spots to No. 13, proving that their impressive start has caught the attention of voters. They remain undefeated heading into the ESPN Invitational Tournament, positioning themselves as a force to be reckoned with in college basketball. Currently ranked second highest in the SEC behind Tennessee at No. 8, Texas A&M is one of several SEC teams in the top 25, including Alabama at No. 22 and Kentucky at No. 16. Mississippi State has also entered the rankings for the first time this year with a 5-0 record, while Arkansas, Auburn and South Carolina also received votes in the poll.
