Charles Bell, the cornerback from Connecticut, has been ranked as the No. 12 recruit in his class by 247Sports. On Saturday, he made the top nine list for the class of 2025 along with other prestigious universities such as Minnesota, Notre Dame, Boston College, Penn State, Tennessee, Iowa, Rutgers and NC State. Bell is currently ranked as No. 1002 player in the class of 2025 and No. 86 cornerback by 247Sports.
Bell has upcoming official visits scheduled for May 31 at Rutgers, June 7 at Boston College and June 14 at Wisconsin. As of now, there is no crystal ball prediction on where Bell might end up from 247Sports. However, Wisconsin’s class of 2025 is currently ranked No.18 in the nation with eleven committed players including one cornerback- three star Jaimier Scott .
