Train-Car Collision in Bjelovar Leaves One Injured, Police Launch Investigation

On Wednesday evening, at approximately 9:30 p.m., a collision occurred between passenger train 989 and a car carrying three passengers on the Zagreb to Virovitica route. The incident took place at the crossing in Puta žrtava in Bjelovar.

As a result of the collision, one of the passengers in the car requested medical assistance. The injured individual was attended to by medical personnel following the accident. Authorities have launched a police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision, which will hopefully shed light on what caused it and prevent similar accidents from happening in the future.
