Today’s festivities surrounding the Initial Ever 20th Annual World’s Shortest St. Patrick’s Day Parade are only the beginning of two days of entertaining, as further activities are planned for the 20th anniversary and to coincide with the parade falling on a Friday, according to Cease by Hot Springs.
