BASEBALL

∫ Carson Gorby’s suicide-squeeze plated Mason Nichols with the winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning as Tyler Consolidated slipped earlier Williamstown, 5-4.

Gorby led the offense with two runs-batted-in and was joined with two hits by Zade Billings, Ethan Clark and Hayden Brown, who knocked in a run along with TCHS teammates Owen Westbrook and Jayden Helmick.
