Systal Technology Solutions is set to launch its new Network Operations Center in Tampa, Florida. The facility, which will be staffed by Systal’s engineers, will serve as the company’s North American hub for managing, monitoring, and optimizing network performance for its business clients.
This new launch positions Systal as one of only two non-Internet Service Providers with a physical United States network operations center, according to Gartner’s most recent Magic Quadrant for managed network services. Since its founding in 2008, Systal has been dedicated to providing global managed network, cloud, and security transformation services. They currently manage technology services for enterprise businesses in 93 countries.
The new Network Operations Center in Tampa will enable Systal to provide its clients with round-the-clock monitoring and management of their networks. It will also allow the company to expand its service offerings and take advantage of the growing demand for managed network services in North America.
