The Kansas City Chiefs have announced that their Super Bowl parade will take place on Valentine’s Day, celebrating their 25-22 overtime win against the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LVIII. The parade will begin at 11 a.m. local time and will take the team from 6th Street and Grand Boulevard to Union Station over a period of 90 minutes.
Following the parade, players, coaches, and chairman and CEO Clark Hunt will deliver speeches at 12:45 p.m. In addition to the parade, the Kansas City Chiefs have also made arrangements to visit the White House for a briefing with press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre. During this call, Jean-Pierre was asked about any special guests who would be allowed for the visit to Washington D.C., to which she responded that it is up to the Chiefs to decide who they want to bring along with them, and that they are looking forward to welcoming the team.
