Additionally, technology helps with relaxation and improving sleep quality for many Italians, with 26% using technology for meditation or sleep monitoring.
Even in the kitchen, technology is seen as an ally by many Italians. Thirty-eight percent appreciate appliances that optimize food preparation times and 32% use information for conscious eating. Men are the main users of devices to guide healthy food choices, while household appliances like the washing machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher are considered the most useful for managing the home by many Italian households.
