The Commanders faced off against the Giants on Sunday and came up short despite their strong offensive performance. With 403 yards of offense under their belts, they were able to put pressure on the Giants’ defense, but ultimately, it wasn’t enough to secure a win at home. The team also managed to sack Tommy DeVito nine times, but this accomplishment was overshadowed by Sam Howell’s three interceptions and the team’s three fumbles.

Head coach Ron Rivera expressed his disappointment in the missed opportunity for a win, despite the impressive offensive numbers. He acknowledged that changes need to be made as they head into Week 12, but recognized that making significant tweaks on a short week leading up to Thursday’s game in Dallas may not be feasible. As the season continues, the bigger question remains about potential changes in ownership and what the team’s path may look like moving forward.
