PAR Technology and Grubhub Enhance Collaboration through MENU Link Integration Expansion

PAR, a leading global restaurant technology company, has announced the integration of MENU Link with Grubhub, a top online and mobile food ordering and delivery platform. MENU Link is part of the PAR MENU ecosystem and is PAR’s marketplace order management system.

Building on PAR and Grubhub’s existing partnership, MENU Link seamlessly syncs menu items, pricing, and other order information between PAR Brink POS® and Grubhub. This innovative solution reduces errors, saves time for restaurant managers by sending incoming orders directly to the kitchen without staff needing to manually enter them. With robust reporting on all Grubhub orders, restaurant managers gain valuable insights into their business performance.

MENU Link also integrates Grubhub into PAR Brink POS®, a cloud-based point-of-sale system that streamlines operations for kitchen and front-of-house staff. This feature enables restaurants to easily manage Grubhub delivery and pickup orders directly within PAR Brink POS®.

Savneet Singh, CEO of PAR, stated: “The way people experience food has dramatically changed in recent years with the surge in delivery services. While delivery offers customers convenience, it also creates ‘tablet hell’ for restaurants juggling multiple apps. With MENU Link integrated with GrubHub, we address this issue head-on by providing restaurants with a centralized platform that manages all major delivery services.”

This unified approach eliminates confusion caused by managing multiple tablets from different delivery services while minimizing costly errors and duplicative workload associated with it. Restaurants can now have centralized control over their menus across channels while accessing dynamic pricing strategies based on each channel’s demand. Additionally, store-level information is readily available along with order data from third-party marketplaces like never before.
