Dr. Tim McCue, Radiologist in Chief at Montana Imaging Center in Missoula, is excited to share the availability of a groundbreaking new technology – a full body MRI exam that scans from the top of the head to the top of the knees in search of potential health issues or diseases. With assistance from Artificial Intelligence, this scan can check for a range of conditions, including cancer, neurological disorders, liver diseases and cardiovascular issues.
According to Dr. McCue, this full-body MRI scan is the only one of its kind offered in the state. It’s available to anyone interested, whether they are taking preventative measures or seeking peace of mind about a new symptom. Dr. McCue emphasizes that it can be for everybody, as there are older individuals who are concerned about cancer and want peace of mind and younger, active individuals looking to be proactive and ensure their body is healthy.
In addition to offering this new technology, Montana Imaging will also begin offering cat scans this week. Since its establishment one year ago, the center has consistently introduced new technology to the Missoula community. Individuals can visit their website at https://montanaimagingcenter.com/ for additional information on both services.
