In May, Philadelphia sports radio host Howard Eskins allegedly gave an “unwelcome kiss” to an Aramark employee at Citizen’s Bank Park. This incident was reported by Audacy, the owner of 94 WIP sports radio where Eskins hosts a show.
Eskins, 73, has been a prominent figure in the Philadelphia sports scene since the 1980s and has been with WIP since 1986. However, following the incident, he has been suspended from Citizen’s Bank Park for the rest of the Phillies season.
Audacy took immediate action to address the matter and conducted an investigation alongside Aramark and the Phillies. The Phillies expressed their support for Audacy’s decision to suspend Eskins from the stadium, stating that the safety of their employees is paramount. Aramark also confirmed the incident and expressed their commitment to ensuring that all staff feel safe and respected at work.
NBC10 attempted to contact Eskins for comment but has not received a response at this time.
