Texas Rangers and Bally Sports Southwest Reach Broadcast Agreement for 2024 Season

The Texas Rangers have finalized their television broadcast agreement for the upcoming 2024 season, partnering with Bally Sports Southwest. Under this agreement, Bally Sports will produce and air 153 regular season games as well as four spring training games. These games will also be available for streaming on the Bally Sports app and at BallySports.com.

The Rangers expressed their excitement about the new partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to have an agreement in place and look forward to working with Bally Sports Southwest to make this a fantastic year for our club and fans.” They also emphasized their ongoing efforts to improve and expand the viewing experience for Texas Rangers baseball fans in the future.

There will be some changes to the broadcast team this season, including the return of Dave Raymond for his eighth season as lead TV play-by-play voice. New analysts joining the team include former Rangers players David Murphy, Mike Bacsik Jr., and Dave Valle. Jared Sandler will do play-by-play for select games, while Emily Jones and Lesley McCaslin will return as in-game reporters.

Bally Sports’ spring training coverage begins with the Rangers facing off against the Cincinnati Reds on March 14 at 8 p.m. They will also air a World Series rematch against the Arizona Diamondbacks on March 16 (3 p.m.), a March 18 game against the Seattle Mariners (3 p.m.), and a March 25 matchup against Boston Red Sox at Globe Life Field.
