On Sunday, the Jets left tackle Mekhi Becton sustained an ankle injury during the team’s game against the Bills. He was unable to continue playing and had to be carted back to the locker room for further evaluation. Head coach Robert Saleh announced that Becton would undergo more tests, including an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of the injury. In his absence, rookie Carter Warren filled in at the position.

The Jets have now used seven different offensive line combinations this season, and Monday’s tests will determine if they need to use an eighth combination for their upcoming game against the Dolphins on Friday. With Becton out, the team will have to find a way to keep their offense running smoothly without him.
